Compound Description :
Sulfopin is a sulfone that is thiolane substituted by two oxo groups at position 1 and by a amino group at position 3. It is a covalent inhibitor of Pin1 that inhibits Myc-driven tumors in vivo. It has a role as an EC 5.2.* inhibitor and an antineoplastic agent. It is a member of tetrahydrothiophenes, a sulfone, an organochlorine compound and a tertiary carboxamide.
